Ithink there is just one side quest in the Faiyum region. A girl is standing at the edge of a clif, planning to commit suicide. If you ignore that quest, and come back later you will find her body below. Otherwise there are no such missable side quests.
Assassins Creed Origins and Odyssey aren’t booty calls. If you’re after the quick booty call so you can move onto your next conquest forget it. AC isn’t that game.
