Hello. you could try undoing the connector to the passenger seat and redoing it, also check the connector blocks in the seat side of the connector are all fully home and haven't backed out. To be safe with airbags etc you should disconnect the battery for a few minutes before undoing the seat connector. Turns out that the wiring loom had gotten wedged between some plastic trim and the frame. When I had a passenger in the car and went over bumps or tight corners the two would rub together .
